WE ARE STILL OPERATING WITH A REDUCED TEAM DURING COVID-19 CLOSURES. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THERE MAY BE SOME DELAYS IN RECEIVING SHIPMENTS.

WE ARE ALSO HAVING SOME INVENTORY ISSUES BECAUSE OF GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN STRAINS - SOME ITEMS IN GIFT BOXES MAY BE REPLACED WITH ITEMS OF EQUAL VALUE AND SIMILAR STYLE/VIBE.

SHIPPING / DELIVERY - 

We use Canada Post postal service to ship boxes outside across Canada and the US (outside of Toronto proper). Our website will give estimated shipping times that are "Best case scenarios", but please be advised that we cannot guarantee exact times with Canada Post. The shipping times listed when you checkout are estimations of arrival times and are not a guarantee. We also require 24 hours to package your gift before sending, so please add a minimum of 1-2 days to the shipping time.

- US Shipments - We cannot guarantee timing of shipments as Customs can hold gifts for some period of time. Typically gifts shipped to the US will arrive within 5-7 business days, but they can take longer and we cannot make any guarantees.

 - Local Toronto Option - We usually deliver 1- 2 business days (Monday to Friday) within the downtown core of Toronto for $10.00 with a local courier. This is only applicable for Toronto-proper (from Etobicoke to Kennedy, SOUTH of the 401). Flowers cannot be delivered outside of this delivery zone.

*** If you order a local gift after 10am on Friday, your gift will not be delivered until Monday. ***

WE REQUIRE YOUR RECIPIENT'S PHONE NUMBER FOR THIS OPTION so we can contact your recipient if we cannot get inside their building or if it is not safe to leave by their door. It will not ruin the surprise! We promise:) 

  

CAN I DO A RUSH/SAME-DAY ORDER?

We typically deliver next-day in Toronto. If your recipient does not live in Toronto, please expect regular Canada Post shipping times.

Please be advised we cannot accept last-minute requests if our courier picks up our orders first thing in the morning.

 

CAN I PICK UP MY PACKAGE?

We are an online store only and are not set up for pickups.

 

SHIPPING ALCOHOL?

We offer local delivery of our wine and spirit boxes within the City of Toronto. Our liquor license does not permit us to send liquor through Canada Post or other carriers. We cannot ship liquor out of Ontario or to the US.

 

CAN I ADD A PERSONAL NOTE?

Yes - every gift comes with a handwritten, personal note to your recipient. When you check out, include your message in the box that says "MESSAGE FOR GREETING CARD" in the first step of checkout. If you place your order and miss adding the note, just send us an email with your note request and we'll add it!

 

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY GIFT?

Yes - you can customize all of our gift options. See "Make a Custom Gift" to choose items and create a truly unique and personalized gift. Make sure to choose the box or basket first!!
