- SHORTBREADS - Either Cheddar Thyme or dark chocolate (depending on availability) shortbreads. Made in Niagara.
- MILK CHOCOLATE - high quality Belgian milk chocolate is mixed with a dash of pure Quebecois maple sugar for an added complex sweetness OR Pretzel Toffee Milk Chocolate.
- DARK CHOCOLATE - Fair-trade, locally roasted 70% Madagascar dark chocolate bar packed with a fruity intensity.
